Ifastek Hosting provides hosting, internet radio hosting, web TV hosting, website hosting, app building, website design and related services to clients worldwide. By ordering, using, renewing or accessing any Ifastek Hosting service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
These terms are designed to protect our clients, our network, our business, and the quality of services we provide. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Ifastek Hosting bills clients monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, depending on the selected service plan.
Our base currency is the United States Dollar (USD). Prices displayed in other currencies may change from time to time based on exchange rates, payment gateway conversion rates, taxes, processing charges or market conditions.
We may accept payments through bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa card, M-Pesa, Mobile Money, Barter, Paystack, Flutterwave, cryptocurrency or any other payment method supported by Ifastek Hosting at the time of payment.
A service is only considered active or renewed when payment has been successfully received, verified and applied to the client account.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible hosting service within the first 7 days of payment, you may request a refund. Eligible hosting services include shared web hosting, internet radio hosting and web TV hosting.
Domain registration, domain renewal, domain transfer, domain-related payments, third-party services, custom work, app development, website design, setup fees, software licenses and other non-hosting services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Ifastek Hosting.
A service must be cancelled before a refund can be processed. The same service is not eligible for more than one refund.
No refund will be made if the service has been suspended, restricted or terminated because of a violation of these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, abuse, chargeback, illegal activity or misuse of our services.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval. Refunds may be made through the original payment channel, bank transfer, USDT cryptocurrency or any other supported refund method chosen by Ifastek Hosting, depending on the circumstances of the payment.
All accounts are billed according to the date the service was first activated. If a service renewal invoice is not paid within 5 days after the due date, the service may be suspended.
If payment is made during the suspension period, the original renewal date remains the same. Payment after suspension does not create a new billing date unless Ifastek Hosting states otherwise in writing.
If a subscription is not renewed, the service may be shut down and terminated within 15 days from the original due date.
If you intend to make payment soon, please contact us before termination. At our discretion, Ifastek Hosting may extend the termination period by an additional 15 days.
If payment is still not made within the total extended period of 30 days from the original due date, the account may be permanently terminated. After termination, files, databases, radio data, TV data, emails, backups and other account content may be deleted from our servers and may not be recoverable.
Ifastek Hosting may provide a 3-day free trial for selected services, including internet radio hosting and web TV hosting. The free trial is provided to allow clients to test the service before making payment.
Free trials may be limited, suspended or discontinued at any time. Ifastek Hosting reserves the right to reject, suspend or terminate any free trial suspected of abuse, spam, fraud, duplicate registration or violation of our policies.
All services provided by Ifastek Hosting must be used for lawful purposes only. Clients must not transmit, store, publish, stream, broadcast, distribute or make available any content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, copyright, trademark, privacy rights, trade secrets or any other legal rights.
Prohibited content and activities include, but are not limited to, copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution of software, music, movies or other protected materials, fraud, phishing, scams, malware, hacking, cracking, warez, abusive scripts, harassment, threats, obscene content, illegal adult content, trafficking in obscene material, spam or any activity that may harm our network, reputation, servers or other clients.
Pornography and sexually explicit or hardcore content are prohibited on Ifastek Hosting servers. This applies to websites, internet radio stations, web TV stations, applications and any other service hosted or connected through our network.
Software, audio, video, images, streams and downloadable files may only be hosted, streamed or distributed if you own the rights, created the content yourself, or have proper permission or license to use and distribute the materials.
Ifastek Hosting actively enforces this policy. Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended, restricted or terminated without refund. Where possible, we may inform the client of the reason for the action taken; however, we reserve the right to act immediately where the violation may harm our servers, network, business, clients or third parties.
Clients and partners who join the Ifastek Hosting affiliate program agree to the following affiliate terms:
You cannot refer yourself. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake signups, or referrals made using your own payment details are not allowed.
Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on eligible hosting plans, app building services and website building/design services referred to Ifastek Hosting.
Affiliate commission does not apply to domain registration, domain renewal, domain transfer or any domain-related payment.
Affiliate commissions are released after 15 days, provided the referred client did not request a refund, cancel the service, initiate a chargeback or violate our Terms of Service.
Commission is only earned when the referred client makes a successful payment for an eligible service. If the referred client does not renew, no commission will be earned for that billing period.
Opening multiple accounts by the same client, affiliate, household, business or related party to earn commission is not allowed and may lead to suspension or termination of the affiliate account.
Ifastek Hosting reserves the right to review, hold, reject or cancel any commission suspected to be from self-referral, fake signup, duplicate account, fraudulent activity, payment dispute or abuse of the affiliate system.
The affiliate program applies to eligible hosting services, including internet radio hosting, web TV hosting, website hosting, reseller hosting, VPS/server-related hosting services, app building services and website design services.
Affiliates can only request withdrawal after reaching the minimum withdrawal balance of $10. Affiliates may also choose to use available affiliate balance as credit on their Ifastek client account.
Approved affiliate withdrawals will be paid through Flutterwave or any other supported payment method provided by Ifastek Hosting within 3 working days after approval.
Affiliate withdrawals will only be paid to an account bearing the same name as the affiliate account holder. If the payment name does not match the affiliate account name, the withdrawal may be delayed or rejected.
Two or more affiliate accounts cannot be combined. Each affiliate account must operate separately.
Ifastek Hosting may request additional verification before approving affiliate withdrawals, especially where suspicious activity, duplicate records, payment mismatch or unusual activity is detected.
Ifastek Hosting reserves the right to modify the affiliate commission rate, eligible services, withdrawal rules or affiliate terms at any time. Any changes will apply according to the updated affiliate policy published on our website.
You agree to use all Ifastek Hosting services and facilities at your own risk. Ifastek Hosting disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ifastek Hosting, its officers, employees, agents, partners and customers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our services, your content, your products, your customers, your broadcasts, your websites, your applications or any violation of these terms.
You also agree to indemnify Ifastek Hosting against any claim arising from injury to person or property caused by products, services, content, broadcasts, websites or applications provided, sold or distributed through your account or through services hosted on our servers.
Ifastek Hosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental, consequential, indirect, special or commercial damages, arising from service interruption, downtime, server unavailability, data loss, data corruption, account suspension, account termination, website issues, radio station issues, TV station issues, email issues, application issues or any other service-related issue.
The client acknowledges that hosting, streaming, internet, routing, software, hardware and third-party services can be interrupted for many reasons outside the direct control of Ifastek Hosting. Because damages from such interruptions are difficult to determine, Ifastek Hosting's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the period in which the issue occurred, where such limitation is permitted by law.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of websites, files, databases, emails, radio content, TV content, applications and any other data hosted with Ifastek Hosting.
Ifastek Hosting may provide backups as a courtesy or as part of selected services, but we do not guarantee that any backup will always be available, complete, current or recoverable. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by client error, software failure, server issues, suspension, termination, malware, hacking, third-party actions or any other cause.
Some services provided by Ifastek Hosting may involve third-party platforms, software, payment gateways, domain registrars, data centers, control panels, applications, APIs or other providers. Ifastek Hosting is not responsible for failures, price changes, policy changes, downtime or service limitations caused by third-party providers.
Ifastek Hosting reserves the right to review, suspend, restrict, remove or terminate any website, radio station, web TV station, application, account, file, stream or service hosted on our servers where we believe it violates these terms, infringes third-party rights, causes harm to our network, creates legal risk, affects other clients or abuses our services.
Ifastek Hosting shall be the sole judge of what violates these policies, subject to applicable law.
Ifastek Hosting cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, service interruption, predicted profits, loss of revenue, loss of audience, loss of listeners, loss of viewers, business interruption, search engine ranking changes or data loss.
If any terms or conditions are not followed, the account in question may be suspended, restricted or terminated. Ifastek Hosting reserves the right to refuse service, suspend service, remove content or terminate an account where necessary to protect our business, network, clients or legal interests.
Ifastek Hosting reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms of Service, policies, guidelines and disclaimers at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
