Before you order

The practical bits

What we need from you

Your stream links, your logo in a decent resolution, the colours you want used, and the names of the streams or channels you would like listed. Send those over and we take it from there.

Whose account is the app published under?

Apple require the app to sit in a developer account in your own name, so you will need an Apple Developer account for the Apple TV build. For the other platforms we can publish on your own developer account or handle it on ours — tell us which you prefer and we will set it up that way.

How long does it take?

Build time depends on the platform and on how quickly the store reviews it, and the store review is not something we control. We confirm a realistic date with you once we have your brief and artwork, and keep you posted while it is in review.

Can you change how it looks or works?

Yes, within what each store allows. Tell us what you have in mind and we will check it against Google, Samsung, LG, Amazon and Apple policy first. Larger changes may carry an additional fee, agreed with you before anything starts.

Do I have to buy all five?

No. Each platform is ordered on its own. Most stations start with Android TV, since it covers the widest range of sets, and add the others as their audience grows.

What about phones and tablets?

Those are a separate thing — see our mobile apps for Android and iOS handsets.
